The website, which is continuously updated, provides links for information on the activities of the Mission as well as news on economic, Political, commercial and socio-cultural life in Nigeria. It also provides information on various aspects of life in Germany that prospective Nigeria visitors and Nigeria resident in Germany should find useful. Our purpose is to facilitate the improvement of cooperation in all fields between the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Federal Republic of Germany.

Nigeria and Germany have entered a new phase of mutually beneficial cooperation based on mutual respect and confidence as well as the desire to add value to the latent potentials which exist in both countries. In this regard, the website will remain committed to providing access to information by interested Persons/Organizations and stakeholders, to enhance their pursuit of legitimate endeavors. 4. We have been undertaking a downward review of some of the administration changes for services rendered by the mission  to Nigerians and the general public. The aim is to reduce the burden of payment and encourage persons needing our services to approach the mission promptly. We also want to encourage and enhance the ability of Nigerian residents to obtain and be up-to-date with documents they require to live legally in the Federal Republic of Germany. I encourage therefore all Nigerians to abide by the Laws of our host Country and go after their legitimate activities in a peaceful and respectable manner.
