LOST OR DAMAGED NIGERIAN PASSPORT
Applications for new passports are made through the Embassy to be forwarded to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abuja for approval.

- Copy of lost or damaged passport
- Copy of Certificate of Birth or equivalence
- Copy of Magistrate/Police report of loss of passport (not required for damaged passports)
- Self written application letter
- Two recent passport size photographs
- Swear an affidavit pay as fine and affidavit for loss of passport When approval is received a further fee is to be paid for administrative and passport charges respectively.
